10 Minute Meditation Affirmation to start your Day


Read this Meditation affirmation with soulful expectation and faith, knowing that your words have power and that you can use word-power to condition your mind, and the atmosphere surrounding you.


Today will be a good day because I, me, am the determiner of the kind of day I will have. I will handle every challenge with poise, and wisdom. I control my emotion and I choose joy, no matter what happens, I will not be shaken or moved from this place of peace and power. I will remain focused and in tuned with my true self, moving closer to full manifestation everyday.


Exercise Instructions

Read out loud one time; this releases your words into the atmosphere.
  1. Then start your timer, and quiet your mind.

  2. Don’t fight the thoughts that come, allow them to pass by simply acknowledging them and returning your mind back to the meditation/affirmation.

  3. Focus on your breathing; inhale through your nose for a four-count, and exhale through the mouth for a count of eight, this removes toxins from the body and bad energy.

  4. Reread as often as you need, quietly to redirect your mind.

  5. When your ten minutes are up, read once more out loud.

  6. Your day will be great, you got it inside of you.
