After writing this post the other day (12.20.17), for some reason, I entered ("The Value Effect) into the Google search engine, and to my surprise, it is a real thing; who would have known? I came up with the term (at least I thought I did) during a coaching class last night as we were discussing values; after class, I began to write what's below. The way I use the term "Value Effect" is quite different from the articles I read; here is the revelation I received concerning the value effect.
